Samuel Malkasian

Samuel Malkasian is the founder and lead cloud architect at Carpathian, where he designed the platform's core architecture along with a range of client enterprise systems and open-source tools for AI workflows and integration.

He serves as a Cyber Warfare Officer in the U.S. Army and has a background in machine learning and data science. Security is a structural requirement in his work, designed in from the start rather than added on later.

His engineering spans multi-tenant SaaS platforms, hybrid cloud environments, and secure infrastructure built to scale. He is currently focused on building AI infrastructure that is secure, efficient, and low-power by design.

At Carpathian, he stays involved well past delivery. He makes sure systems run as intended, helps train client teams, and supports them as their needs grow.
