Carpathian is building a more sustainable cloud. We run our datacenters on reclaimed e-waste hardware and reinvest in research to lower the carbon footprint of AI. The other half of that mission is convincing people to spend less time at a screen and more time on the trail, the rock, the road.
Why we do this

Reclaimed hardware
Our compute lives on hardware pulled from the e-waste stream and rebuilt for production workloads, so every server we don't buy new is a server that doesn't get manufactured.
Research and development
We invest in research to bring the carbon footprint of AI inference and large-scale data infrastructure down, and we publish what we learn as the work continues.
Time off the screen
The healthiest thing you can do for the planet and yourself is spend less time staring at one, so we sponsor the people who lead by example.
