Hey! We greatly appreciate you using Carpathian. I want to be transparent with you. We put this policy in place for obvious legal reasons, but we also believe in doing what's right for our users.

The truth is, we couldn't build this platform without your help, and for that, I want to personally say thank you.

As we continue to grow the platform, if we receive submissions from users that genuinely improve our services, we'd like to eventually implement a reward system. We're keeping track of valuable contributions and will always do our best to provide some kind of meaningful recognition.

So please, don't hesitate to share your ideas - they truly make a difference.

Purpose

This Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy ("Policy") governs the submission of ideas, suggestions, feedback, concepts, improvements, or other materials ("Submissions") to Carpathian, LLC ("Carpathian," "we," "us," or "our") through our feedback forms, customer support channels, or any other means.

Policy Statement

Carpathian appreciates feedback from our customers and users. However, to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes, we have established this Policy regarding unsolicited ideas and suggestions.

Submission Terms

By submitting any ideas, suggestions, feedback, or other materials to Carpathian, you agree that:

  • Your submission is voluntary and unsolicited
  • Your submission is not confidential or proprietary
  • Carpathian has no obligation to review, consider, or respond to your submission
  • Carpathian has no obligation to keep your submission confidential
  • You will not be compensated for your submission

Rights Granted

By making a submission, you grant Carpathian a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your submission in any media, without attribution or compensation to you.

No Confidential Relationship

No confidential, fiduciary, agency, or other relationship is created between you and Carpathian by your submission of ideas or materials. Carpathian does not accept submissions under any confidentiality obligation.

Independent Development

Carpathian may already be working on or may in the future work on similar ideas, concepts, or improvements. Your submission does not limit Carpathian's right to independently develop, use, or market similar or identical ideas, concepts, or improvements.

No Obligation to Use

Carpathian has no obligation to use, implement, or commercialize any submission. The decision to use or implement any submission is at Carpathian's sole discretion.

Feedback vs. Ideas

This Policy applies to all submissions, including but not limited to:

  • Feature requests and suggestions
  • Product improvement ideas
  • Business suggestions
  • Technical concepts
  • General feedback about our services
  • Bug reports (though we encourage these for service improvement)

Exceptions

This Policy does not apply to:

  • Information you provide under a separate written agreement with Carpathian
  • Materials submitted through our formal business partnership processes
  • Content you create using our services (governed by our Terms of Service)

Alternative Submission Channels

If you have proprietary ideas that you wish to protect, we recommend:

  • Seeking legal protection (patents, trademarks, copyrights) before disclosure
  • Working with our business development team under a formal agreement
  • Keeping your ideas confidential until appropriate legal arrangements are in place

Acknowledgment Required

By submitting feedback through our forms or channels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit ideas or suggestions to Carpathian.
