Store Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all purchases made through the Carpathian store. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Services

No Refunds Available

All subscription services including but not limited to cloud servers, virtual machines, databases, web applications, and team seats are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual subscription plans.

Subscription services are billed in advance and charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

Permanent Hardware Upgrades

50% Partial Refund Available

Permanent hardware upgrades such as additional RAM, storage drives, and GPU acceleration cards are eligible for a 50% partial refund within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund for permanent upgrades, the hardware must not be actively in use by any cloud resources. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Free Items and Promotions

Free items, promotional offers, and items purchased at $0.00 are not eligible for refunds as no payment was processed.

Refund Process

  1. Navigate to your "My Upgrades" page in the dashboard
  2. Locate the permanent upgrade you wish to cancel
  3. Click the "Cancel" button for the eligible item
  4. Confirm your cancellation request
  5. If eligible, a 50% refund will be automatically processed

Refunds are subject to verification that the hardware is not currently in use. Items that are actively allocated to cloud resources cannot be refunded until they are no longer in use.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for situations involving:

  • Technical issues that prevent service delivery
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service outages exceeding our SLA commitments
